I'm a contractor base on Toronto. Tim Hortons coffee is must have for me, everyday. I drive around Toronto to buy coffee, where depends on the location I work [4 to 5 cup per day].
I'll say not all Tim Horton Stores are equal. I just mean the coffee quality [not service level]. Too much water [weaker than normally], sitting too long [sour], too much sugar or too little when I order double, double.
To control coffee quality is so difficult already, on service level with a big smaile every time? ....
As long as I got acceptable service level w/ reason coffee quality 8 or 9 out of 10, I will be fine.
However, the service level you met at an international airport, I'll not accept. Tim Horton will have a lot to do on their quality control.
I love Tim Horton coffee. I hope they will improve, and do better in the future!
