I was going through my archive of photos (I have gigabytes upon gigabytes of them it seems) looking for a particular juvenile bald eagle photo I took, for my buddy Keith who is wanting to have it printed and thought I would post one from a series of photos of the same bird.
The above shot was just before he took to the air as an adult bald eagle swooped down to scare him away from me. Perhaps sometime in the next month or two I can get myself up to Brackendale to check out the eagles there. Though, I’ve heard that the salmon run was smaller this year and thus the number of eagles up there has not been as high in previous years.
