Well I had an appointment with the Surgeon at the hospital today and it was relatively quick. He asked if I could wiggle my toes and I can so he said there was no infection. Good right?
He said I would keep my current cast for another 2 weeks and then cut if off and take out the aluminum stitches (yes stitches not staples). Then I would go into another cast or a walking boot. Though he said if I go into a walking boot I have a good chance of tearing my Achilles tendon again before it completely heals, so I’ll probably go for the fiberglass cast again as much as I miss walking with my own two feet and how I can be a burden sometimes!
Though I did manage to have something good happen to me while I’ve been at home resting up, but that can be another story!
If anyone out there is interesting in sending me a sticker or something to place on my 2nd cast when I get it put on I would gladly accept it for a small fee, which of course has not yet been determined! Hey can’t I try and monetize my injury?

I’m going to try it. I’ll take measurements of my cast and find out a rough area for it and then figure a pricing for it.
I usually wear shorts anyway so the cast is usually always completely exposed.
I was told to try and eBay something
Need to figure out a min and a max for sticker sizes!
