To make a long story short, I had placed an order for about $2000 worth of electronics (tv, stereo components, etc) and they had problems with the order. With the frustration of that process, I decided to cancel the order and asked the store manager for some sort of confirmation that my order was canceled so I would have it for my records if my credit card was charged.
He refused to give me anything, I asked for a pen so I could write down his name and the phone number of the district manager. He told me to go find a pen myself, I called him this, he called me that and we were face to face yelling at each other.
The entire store had basically come to a stop while we were in each other’s face and he started telling me to leave or he was calling the cops. So I left and contacted their corporate offices. They sent me a $50 gift card that I gave away and I haven’t shopped there since.

Definately not good customer service huh? Nice of the manager not to let you use a pen to complain about him.
I don’t think I’ve had any experiences like that, and all they did was send you a gift card?
