With the frustration of that process, I decided to cancel the order and asked the store manager for some sort of confirmation that my order was canceled so I would have it for my records if my credit card was charged. He refused to give me anything, I asked for a pen so I could write down his name and the phone number of the district manager. He told me to go find a pen myself, I called him this, he called me that and we were face to face yelling at each other. The entire store had basically come to a stop while we were in each other's face and he started telling me to leave or he was calling the cops. So I left and contacted their corporate offices. They sent me a $50 gift card that I gave away and I haven't shopped there since.
