My list of annoyances with Facebook could go on for a very long time but lets suffice it to say that I hate feeling like I have to update my status constantly. Do people really want to know how I am doing every hour of every day?

I've almost completely stopped using Facebook. They've changed it so many times that the interface is completely unfamiliar. I used to browse the photos a lot... not so much another with the GUI.

Facebook was pretty much the ultimate in social networking. They've just made it so hard to use. It's a real disappointment.

Nope, your not alone.

I barely check facebook/myspace for peoples status updates. I head over to either one just to write "happy mothers day" or whatever in the status every once and a while. And to see what other people are up to. Though the people(err family/and some others)on those accounts don't need to read my random twitter nonsense.

People who update their facebook/twitter for hours on end per day NEED to get a life off the computer.
