<description>I noticed some slow load times here depending on the network the blog has to look to for scripts. Google Analytics is usually alright, but I find that Izea, mybloglog and some others sometimes takes a while. I need to look over what I have loading in the background and figure out if I want to keep it or scrap it.

On another note, I fixed my IE Issues and fixed the footer issue. now I just have to figure out what i want to load in the footer of my site :)</description>

<description>I noticed my visitor count drop last week so started digging into &quot;why&quot; and it looks like EntreCard was slowing the blog down and in some cases crashing it!! Aaack... dropped EntreCard and everything seems to have cleared up.

I have also been cleaning up and getting rid of bad plugins and widgets. You know, the stuff that seems oooober cool at the time but you wonder 6-months later why the heck you installed that in the first place...

I posted on a similar topic a few weeks back as well (shameless plug: http://www.oibo.org/annual-wordpress-widget-plugin-smackdown.html)

Take care!
