Under 300k. Some people might freak out because it's only 651sqf and it is in need of some lovin'. Location, Location, Location. Over a 200 degree view from being a corner unit of the West End area? High above the majority of the other buildings in the area. View of English Bay, Stanley Park and Cypress Mountain? With access to a 360 degree view of Vancouver? Pretty decent price I'd say! There was a unit that recently sold for $199k but they needed another $26k just to get the windows replaced. Not quite sure what the condition of that suite was in but it sold nonetheless.
