I’ve been a bit behind in my blogging and with my online presence in general but I finally got to check out the new video that Whistler/Blackcomb was recommending for us to check out.

The tilt-shift effect was done in post and it looks simply amazing! I never really knew how the snow-cats actually groomed runs (well never seen it done before) so seeing these little miniatures in action is pretty cool. Kind of like machine dance! Wonder where I can pickup myself one of those toy snow-cats the little girl was playing with in the beginning?
After watching this video, I thought I would take one of my recent photos from Whistler and add a bit of a faux tilt-shift to it. Love making things look miniature!
