My First DotComPho

Writen By Tyler Ingram on Jun 14, 2008

Today was the first time I was able to attend the infamous DotComPho. What is the DotComPho? Well it is a bunch of local bloggers who get together every Saturday (when they are able to) and head out for lunch at Pho Lan in Richmond British Columbia. That being said it was my first time going to a Pho restaurant and I was not quite sure what to expect in regards to the menu. I was tempted to have the Rare Beef with Tripe but ended up getting the Rare Beef with Tendon and I was impressed with how much I actually liked it.

Anyway in attendance at this DotComPho were John Chow, Stephen Fung, Michael Kwan, Greg Morgan, Gary Ng, Bonnie Sainsbury and Ray though normally there are others but being a sunny day in Metro Vancouver we understand if people could not make it out to this week’s DotComPho.

John's Flip Empire!

Without going into too much detail about the interesting yet seductive way that Flip Flop from Gigabyte was captivating everyone’s attention John was nice enough to show us his Evil Flip Empire collection. While showing off the other compact digital camcorders in attendance (two RCA models actually).

I enjoyed the DotComPho I would like to thank those in attendance who keep DotComPho going week after week!
