My First Speed Linking Post

Writen By Tyler Ingram on Mar 04, 2007

Well after Stephen posted his little blurb on Speed Linking I checked out the other people on his list, only to find out that they had also speed-linked me too! Speed linking to me is an excellent idea for bloggers to link between each other’s posts that we find important, useful, or entertaining. Remember the more links you get between blogs and that back link to you the higher various score will become, or is it the lower? Well you know what I mean; your score for the various sites like Alexa, Technorati, or Google’s PageRank will hopefully become better.

  • For those looking to follow the footsteps of the various DOT COM Moguls, Stephen has useful checklist for making sure you stay on track to reach that covenant goal of being a DOT COM Mogul.
  • Did you hate Clippy? Do you now hate that annoying little Dog when you do searches under Windows XP? Well over at Saman’s blog he shows you the ways of getting rid of that annoying search dog.
  • Now over at Rod Templeton’s blog he explains something that I am sure a lot of people are interested in; Configuring Windows Live Writer for Movable Type 3.2.
  • Ever deal with PayPal? Have you heard of stories where PayPal has closed some customers’ accounts and withheld the money from them? Well it seems another person has had them happen to him and he posts it on his blog over at The Outboard Brain of a Geek.
  • Now someone’s blog I have recently Hopscotch’d to is by a fellow name James Gill. Not only did I find the theme he uses quite unique (it might be out there but his site is the first I’ve seen), he also runs a website dedicate to Handheld Computing News (which seems to be more about handheld gaming).
  • Interested in Fashion? Or looking for a tidbit or two on what not to do when it comes to fashion? Over at StyleTips101.com, Aniela provides some excellent tips geared mostly for woman but I am sure guys can relate to some of the items mentioned in regards to fashion mistakes.

Now I am sure there are other blogs I could link to but being my first Speed Link post, I hope I did alright and no one has hurt feelings. Perhaps I’ll do this as a regular thing every-so-often and everyone will be happy, happy!  I hope to keep an ongoing list of blogs I visit so that I can easily pull various posts from them, because I am sure I have forgotten a couple that I have found interesting.
