MyBlogLog Avatars: Go ahead click on one
Now a lot of bloggers out there have heard of MyBlogLog and the avatars that people use. For those who do not know what MyBlogLog is I can try and do a short summary of it.
Well I guess the best way to sum it up is to use a snippet of text from MyBlogLog’s website about their service: “MyBlogLog enables you to take advantage of your existing presence on the Web and ties it into communities of like-minded readers and authors to add context to the conversations in which you take part.”
One of the main parts of MyBlogLog is the avatars that people choose to use to ‘portray’ themselves to the blogging community. You might have noticed various blogs whose comment sections have small avatars associated to the comments people leave behind. These avatars are clickable and will take you to that person’s MyBlogLog member page.
My question to you is: How do you choose whose avatar you click on?
Are you like the majority of people who click on the avatars that look attractive or unique? I’m sure a lot of the male readers out there will click on the female avatars though that might not lead to an interesting blog, but it does usually lead to a MyBlogLog community that is jam packed with people.
Which of the avatars on the left would you click on it they were hyperlinks? Those are avatars of people on MyBlogLog and some of them will be highly recognizable to you too if you’re part of the various communities.

Lol, I’ve actually considered changing my avatar to a picture of a hot woman to see how much that increases my traffic.
I’m sure others have, I know I’ve clicked on some women avatars only to be lead to a guy named bob

The Blue $ is ShoeMoney, Stephen Fung is the pool player, Anelia is the 3rd row beside ShoeMoney, my old avatar was the black dragon, the heartshaped iris is Bloggr, the girl with the flower is TheThinkBlog and then the bottom left corner avatar is the guy who’s on everyones community I suppose the founder of MyBlogLog?
