PayPerPost: Round 2

Writen By Tyler Ingram on Dec 20, 2006

Well it seems that I missed out on the previous opportunity that was for PayPerPost love.  But I guess now that I have a bit of experience I can use that to create this post.

PayPerPost is a really interesting concept and so far I like it.  I had to modify my blog to work with their terms by adding an Archive to this site.  What they do is have other people create opportunities that pay the blogger a certain amount of money to follow particular criteria.

There is usually a manditory link and a specified word count. Some of them might ask to add a photo.  The primary premise seems to be a place where companies can pay Bloggers to write reviews on products or other websites.  It is almost like a contest where the companies can set rules that the Bloggers must abide to during their posts.  They can also set the overall tone as well, be it possitive, negative and neutral.

So far my experience was been good.  My first attempt of getting my blog approved was denied and there was an explaination presented to me via their site. This allowed me to tweak the site so that my blog may get approved and I can try and make a bit of money while building traffic for my site.

I appreciated the prompt reply I received as well as the explaination as to why my blog was rejected. It allowed me to quickly fix it and re-submit.
