A Great Blue Heron sits in the middle of Beaver Lake in Stanley Park.
I learned something about Blue Herons, you can judge their age based on their chest feathers. The long they are, the older they are. Though, I can’t guess the exact age of the one above, but I would guess he’s only been around for a year or two.
