Photo of the Day: Whistler’s High Note Trail

Well, today is a really rainy day and as I sit here at work I thought it would be nice to share a photo I took a few summers ago up at Whistler’s High Note Trail.
I believe as of now, it’s covered under snow still, but when the snow recedes (if it does) we are definitely wanting to hit it up this year before we go away. If not, seeing the 40 foot snow walls at the peak of Whistler would be pretty cool too. Each year, those snow walls are higher and higher as Whistler/Blackcomb continue to receive more and more snow each year.
Have you done any of the hiking around the Whistler/Blackcomb area? If not, you should add it to your bucket list! It’s really not a difficult or challenging hike, but it does acquire a bit of time up there (think about 4 hours round trip). Great way to spend a sunny day up in the alpine amongst the flowers and more.
