Wow 350MB in medium and 700MB for high? My file is 1.6GB!! I feel ripped off using a Windows machine. Anyone want to send me a Mac? (macbook preferably).

Handbrake and VusualHub for mac is the way to go. 35o MB files in medium quality, 700 mb in high quality. PC just doesn’t work for video.

The Mac version of Handbrake absolutely rocks! I have ripped hundreds of movies with it. The Windows version is pretty lame. It doesn’t appear to be able to decrypt.

Handbreak rocks… Tyler, nnot sure why you had a problem, but it is by far the best app out there. Some newer DVDs have special software that doesn’t allow them to be ripped (this is above the CCS which has been cracked).

Anyway, try Handbreak again.

I tried using Handbrake and it failed my first attempt and wouldn’t find the DVD Decrypter .VOB in the VIDEO_TS folder for the movie and was unable to find the DVD sitting in the drive.

Handbrake rules them all – it will work on Macs or PCs and makes perfect rips for your iPod/iPhone
