Just to follow on from Kimm’s comment, yes some people do need to make more use of lists. In any situation where there is a list, then lists should be used. But they definitely should be styled… the default display is awful

I find more people make lists on paper then they do online. Which is really odd, a simple bit of coding or the help of wordpress and you’ve made a list..

I wish more sites would list things more then they do.
