Last week I was contacted to spend the morning with a family at the Campbell Valley Regional Park in Langley. Their little guy who would be turning 1 year old the following weekend and wanted to have some images made for the birthday party. I was honored to have the opportunity to join them.

If you have never been to Campbell Valley Regional Park, is it is a fairly large park nestled between 16th avenue and 4th avenue in Langley, BC. It has some pretty nice trails throughout the park as well as equestrian trails. My favourite parts are the wooden boardwalk that goes over the marsh area and home to a variety of birds.

It was enjoyable photographing this family even if the little guy was not used to waking up so early in the morning. Though it did not take long for him to warm up to me and the camera.
